You can send us back your ordered products with original box to get refund in 30 days after received.

If your order not match above conditions, you can return you package. If your order match above conditions we can exchange or apply store credit.
All returns must ship DDP (Delivery and Duty Paid) mode. Any returned product without DDP mode will hold at customs and since it will not delivered us we are not able to provide any refund. You can check local FedEx, TNT Express, UPS or DHL Express for DDP (Delivery and Duty Paid) mode. Once your order returned back we will reduce $25 free shipping cost and $15 certificate cost for jewelry. For home decor products $50 free shipping cost will be reduced from refunded amount. If any additional costs applies with returned package will reduced from remaining balance.
If your package will not ship back with Delivery and Duty Paid Mode we are not able to receive your item and we are not able to refund. Please be sure of that shipments returns back as DDP mode. You can get detailed information about DDP mode from TNT, FedEx, UPS or DHL Express.
